So after hours of indicisivness i have finally managed to put my first draft for 2018.
Will be finalising rookies once we know availability and selection.

Need to bounce back this season after a horror 2017  :-\

I think pretty stock standard and safe, similar to many others.

Yep you will do well with this team with a very solid structure. Pretty cookie cutter but that isn't neccessarily a bad thing.

Not sure how much cash you have left but would prefer Sicily at F4 and Bundy at F5.  Think moving Bundy to F3 if Sicily required in defence makes forwards very weak.

So I've made  few changes to my previous team and have made the following ins & outs:

Out: Yeo, Mihocek, Heeney, Ahern, Ryan
In: Shaw, Mirra, Billings, Dunkley, Venebales

Taking into consideration that Sicily might be used as potential D4/F4 with Keefe i have traded Ahern to Dunkley.

I know Dunkley is at a awkward $296k price but i have a feeling he might really improve this year and go out and score a 80-85 average.

Is it worth going for an expensive rookie like Stephenson or Raynard or maybe a forward in between 220-250k instead of Dunkley and using the money elsewhere?

Currently have 17k in the bank.

Smith + Dunkley v Heeney + Stephenson is something to consider.

85-90 + 75-85 v 95-100 + 60-65

Comes down to personal preference, I am and always have been a guns n rookies man so I know what one I would be choosing but in saying that I can understand the Dunkley selection.
