Bump to first page!  :) This is how its going so far. Don't you love how you put in all those hours, days, months even of research and then it comes down to the last hour before kick off where teams are selected and all of that goes out the window for Plan B. Seems to happen every year. Even 5pm would of been a better time to announce teams (like it use to be before the bloody tv news)...



So dodged a bullet with C.Ellis. Didn't pick him being 4th on the bench.
Lobb I'm worried about (and not just being named today but longer term. Ruck is such a brutal place)

Stuck with Nank. I had a little play with NicNat but can't go Lobb and Nic Nat such the injury risks.

Dunkley was an interesting pick. Think he will go ok. Was toying with putting that money into Arma in the mids but saw he was named on the ball (and I was 5k short of Arma so would of had to cut Banfield).

Kind of happy with it. Kind of not, Kind of wish Danger was playing..... Enjoy! :-)

Have decided to keep Keeffe for the DPP and collect the Doodee points. May be short sighted. Sicily will be F6 this round.

Very happy with that. Best start to a season for a while. Think that might be a very high opening first round for a lot of people due to several key SC player scores (2nd in league with someone scoring higher at rank 350 odd - they had Buddy and Bonner).

No Trades this week. Will see how the rookies do. But if the coming week is a repeat of the last then possibly Brayshaw to L.Fog / Naughton to Bonner  (leaving a princely sum of $700 left, only just make that!). That plan is bound to change once Brayshaw kills it this week. Very rare the plan stays the same.  :)

Blown my overall season in that round. Wrong captain choice in Dusty (should of gone Mitchell or looped Fyfe). Now back out to about 6000 odd. First trades went Hibberd to Simmo, ZGL to Murphy in the end. Glad I traded ZGL out now with the Ryan injury (who I will keep on the pine if only a couple of weeks).

This week looking to go Brayshaw to Richards (via Findlayson into the mids). And Lobb to Robbie Gray I think. He is looking good and Rockliff not really affecting him like I thought. Stick to the provens. The other one I was looking at is Petracca but will stick with Gray unless something sways me during the week.

Edit: Looking like Ryan not back for a longer while than expected so looking like Ryan to Richards (via sub Garlett/Findlayson) and Lobb to McLean  ($4K short of Gray and scrapped in $300 within McLean's budget - Also McLean has a juicy draw coming up).
