Yep if he can go high 80's to 90 then he should make as much if not more than some of the rookies while providing better on field scoring

Ok given this argument.
Jack graham. Priced at 268k. I think he will average 80. On that basis shouldn’t I be picking him?
Graham hasn't got the JS that O'Meara has.
Too serious is the website ur looking for.

graham is a 100% lock for the tigers best 22 every single week haha. I would go as far to say he is best 15 rather than best 22.

I reckon he is a living certainty(barring injury) to win the rising star this season.

It’s just whether he will average enough to warrant the pick.
Average of 80 has me in the fence.
Average of 85 and he is a lock.

Agree eaglesman. People need to remember that he was injured a lot of last year and came in for the last 2 rounds and finals ahead of Miles and Lloyd who were dominating in the VFL midfield every week. Shows how highly they regard him. Even trusted him to go to Sloane when he started well in the GF and shut him down. Will be locked for sure unless he hits one horrendous form slump. In saying that I think he's an awkward choice for a SC mid. If he was a forward I'd get him

Totally agree with all comments.

I just needed a fraction more in jlt to pick him

Only one I'd go near is Conigs. I can see him pushing a 105 average. Arma would be a maybe but I prefer him in DT/AF over SC.

I like Conigs as well, my only concern with him is his run with roles that he sometimes has. IM curious on libba, be good if someone had mail on his mental state and pres season.

Cogs is a graduate of the Carrazzo school of tagging so nothing to worry about there.

I saw Libba hitting the piss pretty hard the other day, so stay the frog away from the bandwagon.

Still gets the pill, only dipped below 20 touches once in the past two seasons.

Fiorini anyone? No hall round 1, seems to be a starting mid. Could do better than JOM or Armitage

In 2015 after his best pre season Armitage averaged 109 in SC. This included a purple patch from R2-10 where he averaged 121.4 and for the rest of the year he never had consecutive weeks below 100. At his best that is what he is capable of.
For someone priced at 310k he's worth serious thought.
My early thinking pre Xmas was to avoid him but as the pre season has wore on and we're getting real close to R1 I am now thinking of doing a cash grab for him as signs are really good.
A recent article after JLT 1 where he scored 129pts with a team high 24 possessions (14 contested), eight clearances and four tackles from 71% game time mentioned this....

After undergoing two bouts of groin surgery last year and months of rest, Armitage has followed a methodical program over the summer months to ensure he arrives at the starting line ready to go this year.
“I’ve had a massive pre-season, but a little bit on the conservative side, so I’m cherry ripe now,” he said.
“I did a lot of work, but on Wednesday’s which are generally lower load days in terms of the kilometres the boys cover, I’d do an off legs session and then have a full Monday and Friday.”

I really like Coniglio as well but starting think I'll have Armo after all.

Coniglio, Armo and Libba could all go very well this season.

No mid pricers in the midfield ever, wouldn't touch any of them.

Cept Conigs. Will be a keeper and average 105-110. Stay away from him  :P

Or he averages 102-103, makes less than 100k and is 5-10 points short of the real keepers  ::)

;D

Or in a perfect world he scores well until you finish your team and he becomes M9

;)

If he averages 102-103 I'll take that in a heartbeat. He's priced much cheaper and will be making money while scoring nicely and can be the last upgrade you make

Exactly. 450k for 103 is a win in any language, any position. Priced at 80. He makes 100k and is a stepping stone/M9.
I'm unsure he'll get there with Kelly,Whitfield,Ward,Sheil all sharing the points and capable of 100 - 110. There is usually no more than 3 mids in a top team going 100+ so someone has to miss out. This is why I haven't got him atm feel he might go high 90s which is not quite worth it as a mid.
