Rather than lose Dusty or Parker from the r14 bye I'd look at dumping Lloyd or Savage instead. Could get Simpson or find cash for Hibberd.

Almost moved Lloyd to Simpson when I was fiddling with byes. Only thing that stopped me is that Lloyd seems underpriced due to the concussion. I'll fiddle a bit more - maybe wait until teams because rookies will change everything.

Nice team can't really fault it any thing I believe is your Def is to weak, IMO but it's really up to you.

I stopped at D1. No Rory Laird? :o But then 15 guys that are potential keepers, so I guess that balances out.

Yeah I agree with PB in that you have to have Laird or even Hurley or Hibberd. I would be replacing Dusty with Zerrett or Crouch but can see why you want Dusty. Just not sure he can repeat performance of last year imo.

I got rid of Laird in all formats because of his bye. I know he's definitely a top 6 back but do you need to start him?? He only averaged 100 last year so it's not like he's Docherty or something. I just don't know why he's a must have?

Without Docherty, he's likely to be the top scoring defender this year and Yeo was the only other defender to average over 100, so that in itself is a rarity for defenders. I guess most people, myself included, just wanna have the (likely) top scoring defender from the start rather than having to get him in. Plus with Laird, he's consistent, doesn't miss too often and you know what you're gonna get (Yeo's role changes sometimes for example). Also sure, Laird has the worst bye, but I rather pick him and then have to worry about the byes of the other defenders I'm picking instead.

Yeah, I get where everyone's coming from but unlike, for example, Danger in the mids (who is scoring 10+ more than the next guy), there's only really a 5 or so point difference with Laird. I'll more than make that up elsewhere with his absence allowing me to pick other guys. It might bite me in the ass but we'll have to wait and see.

Wingard Round 10 bye. Copping an extra rookie score that week or do you trade him out?

I'd be looking to trade him out to your next preferred premium forward.
