Tim English named. Lock him in boys?

I have Kreuz so that's a yes. It could save me a trade and I might grab Tom Cole down back to loophole this week. I have Sloane VC so it gives me enough time to make a decision anyway.

Your assuming English will play next week. He surely has extremely poor JS

If I'm going to have to burn a trade next week regardless with no ruck cover I may as well take a punt on English. Redpath probably comes in for him next week but it's worth a punt for 11k compared to Cameron.

I went Sam Hayes as my R3 loophole because I like the R/F and I want the option to bring in a R/F in the future as cover if one of my guys miss a week. Likelihood that I turn to Cox/Stanley/English if Goldy or Gawn miss a week is low, but for 15k I'm happy to have that option. Plus Port don't play the first game of the week at all this season (excluding multi-byes) so he's not a bad option as R3.

Would English have been a similar option, but with more scoring ability?

That defeats the purpose of me wanting to loophole at R3...

Redpath is suspended for round 1 but I'd expect him to be back in next week. With Roughead and Trengove in the team I would be a little concerned about English playing in round 2.

I actually considered that but figured it was worth the extra cash if Kreuz didn't line up. Worst case he became a rolling donut with sporadic play. Looked good though. Do one of Trengove or Roughead move back now so they aren't too heavy in the forward line? It would be hard to drop English after a solid game in a team that stunk.
