I think that is too many.  There doesn't need to be 6 in the leadership group - 4 at most is more than enough.  Could be the end for Spurr, as he has not retained.  I also thought Johnson was in the leadership group last year (or was it the year before)

I agree on a couple of fronts.Too many in the leadership group.And also Spurr may be spending a bit of time at Peel, along with Sutcliffe, Sheridan and D Pearce.DP was basically told last year he wouldn't be a certainty to be selected.
Not sure about Johnno, but something seems to click that after his trouble they removed him from the group.
Nice to see Alex Pearce back playing and the players thinking enough of him to make the leadership group.
