Is Ben Jacobs an option? He is a tagger but will be best 22 for Norf. 200k bit pricey.

If he averages his career best (65) which as a mid tagger could be realistic he would get to around 320k by North's bye.

A left field option to ponder but probably not pick.

I think he is a good last resort option if the rookie situation is average.

Rock solid js is his biggest drawcard

I think there would be enough rookies that he won't need to be considered

I'm actually contemplating Paddy McCartin as crazy as that might sound. With NROO retired it's now his time to shine and at 234k he could be a goer  :o

35 off 39% TOG @ the end of the 3rd is OK.
80ish is what i reckon he could avg. Not bad for $228K

is caddy actually an option @ $420k in the FWD line??

C Ellis finishing with 56 off 46% TOG is a good sign.
He's as good an option @ D4 as Christensen is @ F4.
both look likely to go low 80s but Ellis is $40k cheaper, both definitely carry risks.

he missed a large chunk of the 1st qtr and didn't come back on until the 2nd. i wouldn't risk it either

To me that says the opposite, based on guys like Rance not playing much as well as low minutes for lots of other senior guys.  Ellis was never on my radar, but might keep an eye on him now.  I know it was only North, bu Tigers have a scary number of players who can kick goals and win the ball!
