"He just landed heavily in tackle on that shoulder," head of football Andrew McKay told SEN on Thursday.

"It seems to be just bruised at the moment but he'll have a scan later on today and we'll have a look at it then.

"The physios are hopeful he'll be right for the Hawthorn game in 10 days' time."

Just need to hope scans are clear.
