Mids: Dusty, Mitchell, M Crouch, Pendles, Cripps, J Graham, Wigg, Worpel (Hayden, Barry, H Brayshaw)
Rucks: Grundy, Gawn (Balta)
Fwds: Billings, Curnow, Lobb, Bundy, Higgins, Ahern (Venables, English)

Rookies just place holders,
250k in the bank, so plenty of room to move, probably add Danger

Also would like people's thoughts on Armitage this year? $310k, is he fit and still in saints best 22?

Similar structure to mine with a few pods in there, nice side.

If Armitage is named Rd. 1, I'd strongly consider.

Not a huge fan of Witherden as he's largely unproven and for the same price Lloyd is an option or with some of your remaining cash upgrade to Simpson to stack the defence. Fairly sure that would still leave enough to upgrade Pendles to Danger as the other guy said.

Don't mind it actually.
Really think Danger is a must if going this sort of team with so many risks u need a lock for C/VC.
Maybe lose 1 or 2 of your least favourite midpricers to get him?
Not sure how much money u have left for rookies and it depends who is named as to whether u can fit them in.

I would say Deledio and Armitage would be my least favourite if this were my team.
That leaves JOM,Sicily,Coniglio and Griffen.
I guess the real upside is if they fire great, if they bomb first 2 rounds u can trade 2 to rookies that look to be musts and have handy early cash for upgrading.

Yeah, that's kind of the plan. If it works, great, but if not trading should be pretty easy. Looks flexible early. I think Dusty/Fyfe should be OK as C/VC

With the almost complete lack of fwd rookies, has anyone tried a stacked fwd line? Could 4 def rookies on field work?

Just don't want to have too many non scoring rookies floating around, and defence and mid seem to have all the good ones, with Fritsch the only fwd looking worth anything.

That is certainly a tempting way to go I just can't say no to Shaw in the defensive line haha,
Laird, Hibberd and Shaw are my 3 main backs partnered with Doedee, Naughton and Finlayson

Forward line is looking decent with Heeney, Billings, Walters and Sicily as D4, then goes to Bundy and Fritsch

You have really weakened defence at this expense. Ellis is a real risk of not being in Tigers 22 when Riley Knight is fit so watch that.

No real issue so long as they are making you cash for upgrades. And agree with you at the moment defensive rookies may outscore forwards.
In my case I have Sicily at F4 and Bundy Christensen at F5, However can swirch him back to defense if need be, So the decision is will my D6 score more than my f7 which dictates where Sicily plays.
