Ultimate footy is now open,

Starting this thread for any UF Issues and discussions including scoring and whether we want to adjust anything.

This is the current scoring system.



The ones showing 0 I will have access to later as i just paid the subscription.
Last year we had:
Effective Disposals 2
Contested Possessions 4
Spoils 2 Points,

So do we need any of the others as well.  I am inclined to include Rebound 50s 2 points, Clearances 1 point but open to discussion.  Do we need a negative for ineffective disposals?

I think adding rebound 50s and ineffective disposals could potentially balance the scores so that defenders have something (other than just spoils) and so that midfielders are nerfed a little (especially if we add clearances, which I thought we had as well last year?).

Another rule in UF from last year is that emergencies replaced a player with 20% or less Time on Ground. Are we happy for this to continue or do we go back to none?

It's fine to keep it. It doesn't happen that often but it's not a bad thing.

Although mids are worth more i actually think fwds/defs are fairly even atm, if anything i reckon defenders are better
If we add rebound 50s i reckon defenders would be alot better and we would have a too big of a difference

Which personally i think is really annoying in AXV

Although it's kinda reversed because in AXVs, goals are worth 12 so it's pretty OP.

If we don't want both spoils + rebound 50s (I personally want both), at least replace spoils with R50s.

honestly i just want to scoring system to stop changing, pick one and stick with it imo

I liked the scoring from last year and think we should just leave it as is.

Not sure why we would change it now after trades and drafts have been done anyways. Surely any change now would only come into effect in 2019.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not that interested in changes either. Just making suggestions for any if they were to occur.

Do you know if we have a way of checking back at what options we had last year to keep the same. The sibjective one is clearances +2 which some say we had but unfortunately I did not record so can not check. Had recorded the other 3 though,
