whats everyones thoughts on Macrae, huge pod and averaging 131. Thinking of trading arma and lobb to him and henry. Will he be able to keep it up (110+ average?) or will should i just wait for his price to fall and pick up someone like petracca or mclean for my forward line?

I'm giving him some serious thought as a replacement to Gaz.

I reckon he'll be the only full time mid at the Dogs, with a lot of the others rotating forward. Encouraging that he's scored well in 2 games where the Dogs were flogged, but question obviously is whether he can keep it up.

Would love some input myself on Macrae.

Got him in me last week for Rocky. I think Ada summed it up well when he said that Macrae hasn't gone under 20 disposals since the Elimination Final in 2015. Obviously has never been considered a super-elite premium, but maybe this is the year? He's been able to pump out some impressive scores in heavy losses, which is always a good sign. 2 scores under 80 last year is also a pretty good sign. Worth the punt I think.

I'd get McLean if you didn't have him before getting Macrae. Toby's on track to be a top forward while the most other forwards options aren't really standing out.
