Beams is  110+ player IF he can stay on the park. Prefer him over Cripps who everyone seems to be certain will go 110+ and won't cop another injury

But Beams averaged 122 in two thousand and twelve.
And will in two thousand and eighteen.

Current POD's      Gazza    9.8 %          M Crouch   9.5 %          P Hanley   9.1 %          L McDonald   3.9 %          T Goldstein   3.2 %

I wonder what a profit and loss ledger tanking Rd.14 would look like. Could it be possible to make up, or overtake, the points lost during that bye ?  Are the additional Rd.14 selections worth the risk ?  I ask myself the same questions every year, then blunder off and end up stuffing up anyway. It's Hanley  v  Sicily 10 %   v  MCGrath 14 %  at this stage.

Would love to know if any past winners have ever tanked a bye round in their winning year.

I think people try to hard with the byes

Bringing in a slightly weaker premo or a spud rookie just to avoid a donut sort of defeats the purpose

Currently running at 4% for century conversion.

Anyone fancy David Mundy at $491k?

Not really, reckon his midfield time will be limited, Ross will be ensuring the new boys get a decent apprenticeship.

I dunno, I think he’s good for 22 @ 95ppg and it’s his first pre season in several years without surgery. In ripping nick.
Of course Cerra and Brayshaw will get a look in but doubt they’ll go straight into the guts?

Add Walters into the mix and it will be tough to get decent minutes.

Definitely could but he's risky and has the bad bye so I wouldn't

Whats your thoughts on Christian Salem down back? The two games I watched him in last year he dominated. Coming in to his fifth year off an average of 79, any chance he can step it up to average 90+
Natural progression for him and an improving Melbourne side could see him improve at least as much as he did last season. (10)
Defence is quite the conundrum this year, with not a lot of high scoring options visible at present!!

Don’t mind Jeremy Cameron at 1% ownership. Went @95 before he got injured, never fully recovered

Lachie Neale.
One of only 3 players to score 2300+ points 2015 - 2017.
Others are Danger and Dusty.
The fact that he's a rd14 bye player and Fyfe being potentially underpiced doesn't help him being picked but he's about as safe a POD as u can get.
