So you're worried about teams clamping down on Titch (which i partly agree on, some will have taken notice)
but you are not worried about anyone clamping down on Bonner who just ran wild and had massive metres gained?

If i was playing Port and a 5 game 21yo was their drive off of HB i know who i would target.
How many of Bonners possessions were uncontested? he had a few marks (like 5 or 6)
so that is about his ceiling i suspect, what is his floor? It was a huge game with no attention for him.

Yes they will continue to use him but he may not have it all his own way from now on,
so if we put aside the wishful thinking maybe Bonner scores 90's some weeks, the odd hundred, and 70's other weeks when teams put work into him, 75-85 average maybe?

They may pay him more attention, Sydney a good test case. We'll just have to wait & see. With my bench looking like a dogs breakfast upgrading Naughton is another possibility. 80 I reckon is achievable. I haven't committed yet in any case, English more a priority as far as rookies go. Sort of kicking myself I didn't start English in place of Olango, but you never know with these teenage rucks, very often list cloggers.

Teams are in and this is how I'll be trading this week. Hibberd to Shaw, Bont to TMitch. Forwards are exposed, particularly with Sicily out but not much I can do about it, really need Ryan to fire this week as I had him on the bench. ranking the same from last week so need to make a move soon. Next week I'll deal with Armitage, probably to Taranto.

Good moves Bully.

Arma to Taranto though next week? What if Arma goes 90+ and Taranto sub 80?

And if you did bring in Taranto that would leave you with 5 GWS prems/keepers + Finalyson, feels like a bit much from the one club.

Bully

Taranto comes in only if he performs, Armitage stays only if he scores a ton, reckon the chances are slim with the latter.

Slightly concerned about so many GWS players but I figure they will be top 4 so not such a big issue. The only annoyance is I'll be watching games without players to follow.

Really think Scully's injury opens the door for Taranto, quietly confident he becomes a keeper this year. Sydney a big test but he's a blue collar guy who tackles and wins contested ball. This will also allow me to field Holman who's wasted on the bench.

Most of the clued on SCers would be in the same boat with the forward line this week so I wouldn't dwell on it too much. Focus on what is best for your team (not only for this week).

Mitchell looks a must have and Shaw's looked good so can't criticize the trades much. My only minor concern with Shaw is that Finlayson is taking a lot of kick ins which could impact Shaw's potential ceiling.

Bully

Another week & another shizen score, Goldy probably turned in his worst for the year, Gaz on 105 at 3/4 time then pings a hammy (to be expected but was hoping to get a few more games), Lobb injures his knee, Armitage turns in a putrid performance, ditto Billings. Still ranked 36,000 which is incredibly worrisome at this point, will trade arse off until team is competitive however. Surely some good luck is around the corner.

This weeks trades probably Gaz to Walters & Lobb to McLean. Thought about Heeney but have decided to get the PODs & save some $$. Armitage somehow survives another week but will be in the gun for Higgins on the bubble.

Ringo

Trades sound for me.  Only issue is 2 injured forwards on bench that may cause an issue but you can move Walters or McLean there if you know early enough.
Have same issue with Armo but hopefully can get rid of him this week,

Do not worry about rank at this stage as one decent score will rocket you up, I went from 25k to mid 4k lthis week.

Next week I'll deal with Ryan if the prognosis is really bad. Will attempt to hold if 2-3 weeks.

Your team is looking better with Walters and McLean Bully, good trades.    As Ringo says this time of year a 2400+ score will move you 15-25000 spots up the ladder.  Agree to holding Ryan if 2-3 weeks.

Round 14 is the weakest but I have Fogarty, Banfield & Kelly who can all be upgraded. Probably go with Heeney based on the later bye, always like to go strong early & then use a few trades to get the balance right.

Heeney an absolute must, 40% of team have him and he seems to be pretty consistent.

McLean has the best bye and is a PoD though (for now).

I guess your right, if he spuds it then at least everyone is in the same boat.
