Assuming Lycett is named Rd. 1...

Lycett + Simpson (D3) (Makes Witherden D4)
Jacobs + Brayshaw (D4) (Makes Witherden D3)
I'm not against starting Lycett to strengthen scoring output in other lines but Simpson over Brayshaw doesn't give enough advantage.
Simpson 90 plus Lycett 75-80
VS
Brayshaw 80 -85 plus Jacobs 95 is how I see it.

I really don't like either option.
I prefer Simpson over Jacobs and Brayshaw over Lycett.
Brayshaw has the potential to become a top 15 defender, While he could consistently pull out 80-85 scores, its just as likely to pull out a score of 50-60 on any week. Exact same thing with Lycett,

I am unlikely to take either.

Yeo is injured and his role is a bit of an unknown.

Crouch - Fairly similar, I just prefer Crouch due to his more physical play style than Neale.
Walters - Lambert is a bit expensive for a guy only pushing for a top 15 spot, Walters has more upside.
Sicily - Bargain price for a D3 or even a premmo D4.

Neale as a solid POD
Walters
Hard to split Smith and Sicily. At 40 k cheaper with DPP Sicily IF he plays mostly back. Smith has alot of competition for mid points and SC points. Sicily less so.
