Not so sure, Hurley is about the only defender I need & there's 1 spot to fill. Reckon Simpson will start to slow down from here, will come back to the 95 average that he's consistently delivered.

On the other hand there's a cheap Buddy, Boak who seems to be spending more time in the middle, Darling who his in top form, Westhoff who seems to be playing a very supercoach friendly role, Walters who will be around 400k & Gray who could be swung back in the middle at any given moment.

Reckon I'll grab TMac, open the triangle of him, Sicily and Keeffe

Could be real handy over the bye period.
I don't understand the hype for McDonald.
Yes, he's scored 136 and 118 in the last 2 weeks, but Melbourne won both games by like 100 points. Plus he had Liam Jones to compete with. His 2 weeks before that were both 86s, which is about what I see him averaging for the rest of the year.

Those 80's came when he was just working back into things and on reduced game time. He didn't come back through the VFL so needed time to adjust. 69% TOG against the Dons and 73% against the Saints, which is pretty low for a guy with the best endurance at the club.

The allure for me is that he isn't playing a traditional key forward role, but spends a lot of time playing further up the field, which should see him have a much higher floor than a normal kpp

I’m eyeing off Westhoff as a Gray/Boak alternative

Very SuperCoach friendly role between half forward and the wing, pinch hitting in the ruck

Yeah Dees have had an easy run with Blues,Bombers,Saints and Suns in the last month.

Anyone considering Walters? Probably 400k next week, even with Round 14 bye (I dont have many forwards with it) he could be the the guy to get.

I've already got him - but would definitely consider him if I didn't considering what his price will be in a few weeks.

Has the round 14 bye is the only issue.

I am actually considering Boak next week rather than Walters as already have Heeney with Rd 14 bye.

Will give me forward line of MacLean, Heeney, Westhoff, Boak, Devon Smith, Bundy (Fritsch, Guelfi).  Buddy or Walters will come in with Bundy or Smith maybe on pine depending on trades left.

Ingram

Seriously considering De Goey as a FWD POD. Plays rnd 14 which is super handy.

Definitely on the radar, between Buddy, Boak & Walters for me.

Can we trust buddys heal?
Probably not, but his next 3 weeks is juicy as hell and I want every piece of it.

Not wrong, thats my problem. Are we taking the risk?

Anyone considering JJK at 350k next week? 94avg, 98 avg, 94 avg last 3 years and started slowly this year.

Good bye and good previous record. Hardly misses games apart from the start of this year... Or am I scraping the barrel too thin

Wouldn’t say Round 14 bye is the only issue.

With Taberner out and Freo’s forward line looking quite weak, how much time will Walters need to spend up there now?
Also how well has he recovered from that knee? Will it restrict him?

I will be keenly watching his game this week.
