Top 5/10 Fowards, 2018 Thread.

Barlow will play midfield, but how can be relevant for SC with his bye, unless prepared to give away 40-50 points with a rookie or you swing him to midfield and hope you still have a decent rookie. Surely only relevant for AF?

Lost alot more points by stuffing up captain or VC loophole or sitting wrong rookie on the bench.  Most weeks 50 points is not going to worry me.   Gap is likely to be less than 50 points.   By then I will have moved McLean back to fwds, upgraded to at least one prem mid.  Being fwd/mid I see my gun mid rookies filling the gap.
Generally I focus on overall except for my cash league.  Until last year I was always top 2-3 in cash league so potentially dropping one game did not worry me.   League got a lot stronger last year, but have to wait to see draw.  I could be playing a 2000pt avg player that week.

I agree if he continues that role of the backline like last yr could well average 95-100. Scored realky well last year when playing along the backline

We'll see. He's averaged 100 since debut, and that's largely with 3/4 of those in the side AND a large amount of time spent forward.

I wouldn't be so quick to right him off.
