Yeah that's fair enough. I will be watching him over JLT but he is a fair bit away from my side at the moment.

Christo is the only one I have atm. Also considering Lobb but can't fit him in at this stage

Peter

If you have a look at his scores in SANFL, when able to play midfield. Big chance, but up against Redden and Shuey for inside mid (though Shuey can play outside). Averaged up around 100+, from what I read

What I want to start with is Heeney, Billings, Barlow, Lobb but I can't make it work without hurting my other lines so have Christo at F4 at the moment. Not entirely convinced though

Common issue, so Heeney is the upgrade option for me given his current situation.

Some info today from Lions on Christensen. Should be a bargain for what he can do.

He seems the safest pick for around 250K

That looks promising, might have to reassess.

Hope he plays almost exclusively forward this time around, Leppa burnt him up the ground imo.

Crameri is a rookie, I think, so would need to be upgraded to main list for an injured player? So very unlikely to get many games?
The rule has changed. Rookies can play from Round 1.

As far as the options go, Lobb is a lock for me. Bundy is the only other one I'm considering at this stage.

The plan for now is Barlow down to Bundy at one of the 5 defensive placeholder rookies up to either a midpricer (ideally not) or a premo. That may also require a slight change in my mids also.

Currently got 4/0/4 in my fwds (relaxing the definition of premo because of the options) and would like to keep it that way.

Peter

Fair enough - there is enough choice of forward options to run 404 or 314; just need to look at early fixturing for your choices

So can rookies play with out being upgraded to the senior list?

Yep rooky role regarding playing was changed this year and they can play without elevation.
