We voted to keep as is, but it's definitely flawed

We base certain things on real life AFL but something like this should really be based on SC as it relates to scoring

Anyway, nothing will change now which is fine, but because we have to cop injured scores in SC we really should be copping them in WXV too

Emergencies cover late outs, they shouldn't cover injuries that happen mid game. That's just my thoughts, but as Purps said it will benefit everyone at some stage and cost everyone too, so mathematically it should balance out over the long term

This is a first.

So, PNL have Zerrett and Kennedy eligible for sub. But, will actually only have 1 emergency play. Meaning only one of these players will be subbed out.

So Purple, who do you choose?

I feel like the fairest way here, is to choose the person who got taken off the earliest out of the two players in their respective matches.

Based off the above, I've determined Merrett will be subbed out. This would have happened regardless if he was captain or not, it's just unfortunate that this has such bearing on the result :-\

Buenos Aires! A clearly different team to last year already! The Dillos could be on track to hit 130 - a total they only hit once last year - which might get the win over London. However, the Royals are going quite solid themselves. The key could be Shuey in this one, but I think I'll back the Dillos with the runs on the board.

Just a truly awful start for Beijing this year, whom could be eyeing off a World Idol elimination :o Toronto doing just fine, and will take home an important win.

Cairo are not setting the World on fire by any means, and could struggle to hit 120 this week. But boy, I feel like Cape Town could choke from here. They definitely have the advantage, they just gotta finish it. Cape Town from here.

Neither team would be particularly pleased with how the match is going down. Alas, stand-in captain Jack Billings has given PNL the advantage. Captain Heeney and inspired efforts from Hurn and Lewis can still win this for New York, but the probabilities lay with PNL.

This rivalry is just so gosh darn interesting. New Delhi send fear to all the competition... except Dublin, coz Dublin just keeps beating them! The Destroyers are putting on a superb display, and should account for New Delhi's solid showing.

Rio v Tokyo is neck and neck! Both teams would be fairrrllly OK with how they're going, but I think I like Tokyo's remaining cattle better than Rio. Rio would be hoping for a late Dom Tyson in to make things interesting.

Berlin & Christchurch is also a line-ball game, with the fate of the game in the hands of the greatest WXV player of all time. I think Christchurch has the advantage here, after I seemingly stuff up the captaincy, again.

Seeing Mexico City captain Sicily made me wince - they're not the same - but boy did it pay off! Despite having two players go 140+, Moscow probably won't hit 1300, leaving the door slightly open for a Suns victory. But only slightly. Moscow from here.

Now this is a game! Should Kelly get about 120+, both teams should score 150+. Tom Mitchell has given Pacific the advantage here, and it's one I don't think Seoul will catch. Pacific from here.
