Didn't trade last week. Kept Hibberd.
Traded Armitage and Lobb out for Coniglio and Crowden this week.

Have to see how the J Kelly situation unfolds but the obvious trade next week is Ryan out. Would have liked to see Higgins keep his spot as that was where my thinking was at but now I'm not too sure. Brayshaw and Ryan will give me about 520k to bring in two players which isn't enough for a keeper so will probably look at a couple of rookies on the bubble and build the coffers.

What I think I'll be doing with Ryan next week is:

Trade out Ryan
Bring Crowden to Fwds (you could bring Garlett down)
Bring Finlayson to mids
Bring in Coffield/Mirra
Put Murray on field

You could do something similar, though it would mean no F/M in the mids in your case. It also doesn't help the 3 FWD rooks on field situation.

Could always go Bonner --> Mirra, Venaspud --> FWD prem if you wanted to as well.

The three forward rookies are killing me.
So is having Jacobs to a degree (90, 116, 82, 67).

Looking at a couple of options for next week already...

Double trade #1 - Jacobs out, Grundy in, Ryan out, Higgins in (establishes F/M DPP can use Garlett/ Higgins but will still have playing 3 fwd rookies)

Double trade #2 - Bonner out, Mirra in, Ryan out, McLean incannot afford - painful $600 short
Revised trade #2 - Bonner out Mirra in, Brayshaw out, Heeney in

Leaning towards the second option because it just means I have only two of Fritsch, Crowden, Garlett on and McLean adds depth to the line where I most need it, particularly in light of Venables adding to my injury worries down there.
#1 - would be nice but say Jacobs @ 90 and Grundy @125 = 35 points
#2 - rookie @ 50 and McLean @ 100 = 50 points

Will see how things pan out, still a few games left and J Kelly uncertainty as well.

Brayshaw and Garlett are now in the gun. Can downgrade one to a rookie such as Worpel and have about 440-445k to spend on a fwd/mid.
Deledio first and foremost on my thoughts but if JPK becomes affordable and scores 100-115+ this week then he will give me more food for thought.

Edit: Kennedy scored 125 & was absolutely massive in the final quarter. Need Brayshaw to score 60plus or so. Will be a close call.
Mids would look better as - Danger, Dusty, Tich, Fyfe, Cripps, Coniglio, JPK, TKelly (Holman, Banfield, Worpel)

Yesterday I was thinking Finlayson to Ridley and ZGL to a premo but I may pass on Ridley altogether. Grabbed Rice this week over him and am happy with that choice atm. I feel the forwards are what I need to address first. Port boys have had their byes and there's a few to grab in that position (Boak, Westhoff and Gray) over the defensive options.
Finlayson will be traded in due course. DPP isn't a consideration but may prove handy.

Leaning towards Westhoff actually. His ceiling is nice (couple of 140s already)and with some pinch hitting in the ruck and on the ball time there's more chance of those big scores. His low scores this year have been acceptable too (4 80's). Currently 11% ownership so some POD potential as well.
Agree that McLean is a must and will target him post bye.
