Hope all the injury returnees stand up mate.

All your guns look solid as for the cheapies well we are all in the same boat just filling places  ;)

Ringo

Nice team as usual. Concerns with both Bennell and Christensen though with injuries but prices hard to ignore.
Well set up if all works out with returning players. Nicely set up.

Nice team  NZ. Might have to monitor Beams who had off season shoulder surgery, but reports are that he's doing pretty well. Harley is impressing down at Freo according to H/S, who we would all trust with our lives. Have 18 players the same, Cheers mate

:)

bundy+Bennell will place you in a great position if they pay off.

Made some changes to stack the mids.
Yeo to Hanley
LDU to Cripps
English to Olango (102k WCE loophole/ 12 Sunday games)
Heeney to Lobb

I like Yeo and can see him being the highest scoring back but something had to give to get Cripps. Yeo should dip below his starting price and he's a good upgrade target for R12.
Hanley has DPP which may come in handy, will at least score what he is priced at and should play midfield and be a keeper. I've jumped on because it just made sense.
LDU is at the price you have to adjust for one way or the other and if he fires pre season and looks a must have I will need to do some clever tweaking.
Heeney should be one of the top forwards. I'll get him back in if the cheap forward set up falls over before R1.
There's this too http://www.sydneyswans.com.au/news/2017-12-13/heeney-undergoes-minor-surgery so I'm happy to have him as upgrade target as well.

Can't fault that Midfield, nice balance between the top 3 scorers last year and a few underpriced guys who have the potential to be top 10.

Defence is reasonably sound if Birchall averages 80+

Forward line has a lot of risk with only one proven premium. I like Lobb, think he could easily average 95+ as sole ruck, but wouldn't have him as F2.

Might have to look at this Olango fellow myself ;)

Pretty wild midfield there EZ at the expense of the FWD line could work but can see 1 gun mid having to go , I think Coniglio is the value mid this year at 452K as long he has a better run with injury I'm warming to him

I reckon that midfield is not too bad either. Pleased with the defence. Should hold up. Think your being generous about the fwds. Not sure who the proven premium is but Billings did okay this year.  ;) The others could all kill it or stuff it.

Coniglio is great value I think but so are a heap of others including: Cripps, Beams, Fyfe, Bont, Pendlebury, Jelwood and Rocky. Coniglio is the cheapest of those though. I like the fact that he went at 106 average two years ago and is priced at 82 for this year after finishing last year with 132, 126 and 59. Don’t worry too much about the 59 as that was against the Tigers when they got smashed and that won’t happen too much.

Very risky forward line but if Lobb is the number one ruck he could easily be the number one forward come seasons end. Both Bundy and Bennell is a very risky combination but as said earlier if both go 80+ and play the first 10 or so games then your team will have a jump on the rest.

Beams to LDU/Rayner/Brayshaw etc
Bundy to Heeney/Greene/Franklin etc

is something i would consider.

haha. I deeply and sincerely apologise for any harm I have caused. I hope that you can find it in the bottom of your heart to forgive me for the absurdity of my previous comment.  ;)

Ok then. We understand each other.

Aggressive and optimistic team structure NZ.   Hope it pays off for you.
You have a plan to cover LDU which is likely to be needed by round 3 corrective trades.  If you need some more cash down back look at Laird - Zac Williams, as definitely possible Gibbs may take some points if he plays off the backline.   Williams is still on the upswing and just hitting the scoring sweet spot in terms of age and experience.

your seven starting mid prems look good.    others to consider when juggling for cash are zerrett (likely to be a POD), Bont, Oliver and MCrouch and of course Pendles in his SC swan song year.
