No Danger, Duncan the massive POD, not sure it will pay off mate! I'm personally not sold on Crouch either with Gibbs coming in, though I can see why you'd pick him.

I like the 6 prem mid though, I think that will be the winning strat this year.

Ringo

Christensen and Bennell probably a too much risk to pick both with injuries. Nice team and some differences compared to other. Hope they come off for you.

Money Shot

No Danger is the concern here as he is a perma captain in will top score alot of weeks.

Saad im not sold on as i dont think hes scoring will improve that much i would prefer McGrath with more midfield minutes looking possible.

Boak could be a good pick up. Bundy + Bennell could be a massive reward for your team if the risk does pay off.

good start and plenty of pods in your team.
danger is a must have as perma captain and highest pts scorer. too easy to fall behind without him.
consider:
saad>hanley/williams
duncan>danger
boak/dahl>billings
all the best for 2018

Looks well balanced, good team to take forward until rookies shake out.

Huttabito

Nice looking team. Fair few fallen premiums returning from injury affected seasons, essentially have 17 keepers if they all return to former glory.

I'd personally lower the risk and drop one of the ~$450K to a rookie to bump up one or two of the other to true premiums but low risk doesn't always win it. Good luck!

Trindacut

Pointed out by a few so far but a lot of risk comes with those returning from injury players. Nic Nat especially, as he'll be impossible to replace if he goes down wiht injury or doesn't perform.

Consider Jacobs and/or Kruezer.

have a look at the 2018 ruck option topic.   covers some options and thoughts.

GoLions

Mentioned in another thread that I'm not sure about the Armo pick. With the midfield already very deep, could be worth dropping him to someone like Brodie or LDU, and using the cash elsewhere (maybe upgrade Boak or Christensen?). Or i could be wrong and he averages 100 ;D

SilverLion

The Boak selection is very interesting, what do you see him averaging this year? Ports midfield runs very deep and doesn't really have any standouts (maybe Wines?)

Peter

Always a big risk with Port players as game style and plan not conducive to super points. Still, things may change in 2018

walters at F3 makes me nervous i know there isnt a great deal around down forward but dont buy into the hype about him playing more mid time

maybe too top heavy in the mids. ditch one for mine like a fyfe or cripps and use the cash to upgrade a back rookie.
