Just double checking before I trade him out this week. Acres going to be out for a long time?
Still listed as 4-6 weeks away. Get him out asap.

Thanks brother, was hoping I could hold him for a few weeks before he returns, but 4-6 just way too long.

Marc Murphy: Scans on Friday revealed further damage to the plantar fascia area in the veterans left foot. Murphy will miss another 3-4 weeks

Deledio out for next 8-10 weeks.

Just saw that

Un flowering believable

I bought him in, got 1 score, and have carried him on the bench for a few weeks and now I need to punt him

It just doesn't stop lol

I know you've had a horrid run RD, but with Lids you can only really blame yourself :P

yeah you cant really blame it, however as soon as he got injured if he was out for the season i still would have said good trade.

The issue has been expecting him back in a week or 2.

RaisyDaisy

Well he played out the full game, then said his hammy was tight, so a week off was sounding fine

Then he goes and does his calf on Friday night and that's put him out for 8-10, and it's the good calf too, so that's just rotten luck

It is truly incredible when you consider Deledio only missed 7 games in his first 10 seasons. What happened?

That's the truth of the matter, once the soft tissue injury curse strikes it's all downhill.

From doctor supercoach FB page

PADDY RYDER

Port Adelaide have declared that Paddy Ryder will have to manage his Achilles for the rest of the season. This involves being on a modified training program where he does the main session for the week and is eased through the rest to give him the best chance of playing on the weekend.

MontyJnr

Big loss for @EssendonFC, Patrick Ambrose will be sidelined until at least their R13 bye with a calf strain, while Darcy Parish is out for 6-8 weeks with a fractured thumb.

Good for Ridley's job security possibly.
