GOLD Coast's Darcy MacPherson has fractured his leg and will miss up to 14 weeks.
There's one you avoided RD but I didn't  :'(
RD,  let us know if you had Selwood as well mate.  Tough day dealing with Aged Care and Centrelink, I need a laugh even if it is at someone else's expense.
Sympathies Crowls know what that involves.  Been through it with Mother in Law and Centrelink took 3 months to advise the extra contribution required so we had 3 months of paying the maximum daily rate of $55

I have Buddy and Selwood so you can have your laugh.  Add Venables and fritsch aand my SC is likea melting chocolate bar this year,
Appreciate the support Ringo.   Missus has early onset and not long into full time care.  Got one payment of her pension and then it was cut off.   3 x 3 hr visits with CL in past week trying to get it fixed.  If not fixed today they would not be able to reinstate and i would have to submit a new claim and start from scratch which normally has a 10 week waiting time to get sorted as well.    Oh by the way,  the job I started a week after terri went into care has taken me over the income threshold and when her pension is reinstated it will be 50 dollars per fortnight instead of the 1800 per fortnight it was before I took the job.  If I work or am paid overtime I will go over the threshold and her pension will cease.    Job is temporary and they are advertising it next week for a full time Supply Manager.    I am not sure I can discuss the situation with the Boss before the interviews.    My head is a bit foggy at the moment.
Sorry to hear about your wife. Have you investigated the possibility of full time Carers pension for you as well as pension for your wife.  Could be a solution not knowing your financial situation.
Best of luck for the position if you apply.

JUST IN: @EssendonFC has confirmed James Begley tore his ACL during yesterday’s loss to Collingwood.

So season over for both Begley and Hartlett. Bad luck for both of these.

and this from Geelong
Geelong: Quinton Narkle has been upgraded to the Senior List, Lachie Henderson has been placed on the Long Term Injury List

Buddy according to reports has a heel injury and have heard any time from 2 - 6 weeks for return. ted on injury list TBC and a lot of conjecture as to whether injury occurred on the new Perth Optus Oval.  Injury report from Swans says a week to week basis but as we know heel injuries can be very troublesome.

I heard whispers in the realm of 4. Would be great to get some more insight than just "week to week" - just look at exhibit A, Josh Kelly. Could drag on....

Gigantor

Toby Greene is another one I can't find anything on

Its now 3 of 6 weeks missing, and none of them from suspension haha

The forward line has been a shower storm this year, thank god for Heeney!

Gosh I hope it's just a precautionary thing, not a multi-week injury.

The Giants seem to be being very careful with injuries this year anyway.

NOW | Haggers says Dom Sheed and Luke Shuey are unlikely to play in the Derby on Sunday and Elliot Yeo may have strained a hammy. #AFLFreoEagles

Yeo strains a hammy? Typical of my luck this year. It's just high farce.

No Sheed,Shuey or Yeo? Fyfe could be a great C choice, but I don't have Olango to VC Dusty/Oliver/Gawn
