interpretation - Chris Scott was seen chuckling after he told his coaches that Danger will be named and a late out just before the start of Sunda's game.  Love flowering with those bloody SC coaches.

Brad Crouch out for 6-8 weeks.

“Brad Crouch has been returning from his abdominal strain and in the process of that, he’s flared up groin issues so he will be unavailable to play this week.

“Brad is obviously an important player to us and we take a no-risk policy with him given his previous history.

“He’s missed a quite a bit of training so we need to go through a re-conditioning phase with him now and that will be a six-to-eight week process.”

Alex Keath (ankle) â€" 1 week
Taylor Walker (foot) â€" 1 week
Riley Knight (ankle) â€" 3-4 weeks
Brad Crouch (groin soreness) â€" 6-8 weeks
Andrew McPherson (groin soreness) â€" TBC
Smith (knee) â€" indefinite

My thoughts as well does CEY then become viable for 6 weeks and what will he average. Had scores 102 and 66 in JLT. Priced at 264k  though so more expensive than Brayshaw or Dow so probably not really an option unless downgrading O'Meara or Armitage and using cash elsewhere.
Love these decisions coming up to Rd 1.

Not for me, I personally don't think we'll play both Greenwood and CEY, obviously I could be wrong but I think we'll just see players like Hampton, Douglas, and Gibson getting more mid time.

Keep in mind, we could see CEY play and Greenwood in the SANFL to gain some fitness due to his limited pre-season but if CEY does get picked though, I wouldn't touch him in SC.

Not as much as I loved picking up CEY in the WXV draft for nothing :P
