Big loss for @EssendonFC, Patrick Ambrose will be sidelined until at least their R13 bye with a calf strain, while Darcy Parish is out for 6-8 weeks with a fractured thumb.

Good for Ridley's job security possibly.
Probably better for Dea's :P but yeah possibly

Damn it Parish, hoping he would come back soon and smash it :(

Toga

Lol, at a glance all I saw was "big loss" and Patrick Ambrose and was thinking wtf - didn't even realise he had played this year :P

Frustrating for Parish though

Parish is irrelevant to Ridley. Helps Myers,Guelfi,Clarke,Mutch.
Ambrose out may help for at least two or three games.

Yeah well the change is likely Hurley for Ambrose instead of Hurley for Ridley like some were fearful of, isn’t it?

I’d say that would be a big boost for Ridley’s JS over the crucial bye rounds, wouldn’t you?

Ringo

West Coast: Chris Masten (Hamstring) out for 2-3 weeks

Yes that's what I meant.
Would be better to see him keep his spot with both Hurley and Ambrose I guess, but still

Bad luck for Ambrose as he was playing quite well for us. Hurley should be in and Ridley should be safe till the Round 13 bye at least...will be interesting to see who makes way for Ambrose..if Ridley is playing well till their bye, wouldn’t think we drop him.

Bailey Dale out for 6

Stephen Hill out for a few with a quad injury

fanTCfool

Tom Williamson out for the season. Not a lot of relevance to this season, but will be a cheap third-year defender for 2019.

Surely this means Giro will get a spot?

Lyon has all but guaranteed a debut for him already.
