Anyone heard anything on Matt Crouch's supposedly broken hand - but apparently still be ok to play Richmond this Fri??

Nothing on Adelaide website re the injury - coming from Fantasy Freako retweet from another source (can't recall exactly) ...

was looking at him as a possible Fyfe replacement option ...  :(    :p

Not worth the risk.
b*gger ...

also, cheers RD ...

Depends if there's ligament damage, could be 5-6 or could be 12 months. Reckon this will be a blessing for Miles in any case.

Don't know if Miles will get much of a look in he's hard at it and racks it up but his disposal is far from the best Vlastuin and Houli will come in and probably Lloyd for Butler if he is going to miss.

I'd say:
Graham > Miles
Butler > Bolton
C Ellis > Houli
Broad > Vlastuin

Sounds about right provided Miles is good to go. Not sure Houli is quite ready yet either.

Will the Hawks bring in Pittonet or trust Ceglar to shoulder the ruck duties? McEvoy is a very big out.

Not sure if we’ll bring in Pittonet or someone like O’Brien to play ruck/fwd in tandem with Cegs. I’m not across the VFL form of either option.

Big blow for us though as Big Boy was in great form :(

Pitto has been pretty good the last month or two

RaisyDaisy

Broad, Graham and Butler all out for approx a month

Essendon: Jake Stringer (Calf) out for 4 weeks “Stringer has a calf strain & the normal recovery for such an injury has him looking at 4 weeks on the sidelines” Justin Crow

The Western Bulldogs look set to regain midfielder Jack Macrae for the round 17 clash with Melbourne at the MCG on Saturday.

Macrae hasn’t played since injuring his hamstring against the Power at Adelaide Oval in June, but according to Club Medical Services Manager Chris Bell, he’ll play if he gets through training this week.

“He completed a really good footy session on the weekend and he's due to return to full training this week,” Bell told westernbulldogs.com.au.

“If he ticks our final measures this week he'll return to playing this weekend.”

If he plays I may hold Fyfe one week longer and wait for a huge price drop and do the trade round 18 I reckon.....
