Some interesting info in here.  Some we knew though.

As I've mentioned numerous times, Higgins is a pretty good chance to get a call-up for D.Rioli, will be between him & Bolton for that spot.

So the risk will be Higgins losing is spot after a few rounds

He comes with the same risk as any rookie. If a guy averages 140 at junior level and notches up 29 tons in 32 games I'm willing to roll the dice.

Billings should be more than fine for RD1

Interrupted preseason spells trouble, not going there this year unless it's a cash cow.

Billings' rest of pre season in doubt with a hammy....  :o :o :o That changes a lot

Heeney & Billings the most popular combo yet both have interrupted preseasons. Happy to against the pack here.
Modified program for 2 weeks, will miss AFLX and in doubt for JLT.

Top 10 most expensive:
- Heeney, Billings, Franklin, JJK and Greene all with injury pre-seasons.
- Gray, Wingard and Dixon have quite a team dynamic shake-up
- Menagola has the uncertainty of Ablett
- Dahlhaus, who know where he'll play. Terrible back half of 2017 when he played predominately forward.
Considering going extremely cheap in the forward line with it filled with guys like Petracca, Stringer, Ah Chee, Christensen etc and waiting to see who will be the top forwards.

Football Factory

Billings will be sitting in my forward line round 1 ... unless he isn't named of course  ;)

Exactly what im doing, Rioli/Chris as F3/F4. It just has to be done this year. Top end is way too hard to pick so may as well go with the rookies that play and pair them up with the mid pricers with runs on the board for some short term points and a little coin made until the top4-5 fwds cement themselves as obvious picks

As he will for mine. If hes playing you gotta pick him, 100 average in his last 16 games and entering his 5th year. 5th year is always the big one were the guns step up

I'd hardly call 2 weeks off an interrupted preseason. Has he missed more earlier in the preseason?

Will monitor, must be a grade 1 strain otherwise he'd be out for a month. Happy to wait and see with Billings, good chance he lands in my team at some stage this year.

Alex Johnson (Groin surgery) - Sidelined for approx. 6 weeks, will not be available for Round 1

Another defensive rookie down.

This one as well but not as fantasy relevant.

Jayden Laverde (Hamstring) - Injured in intra-club match, out for 8-10 weeks

Not really concerned about billings injury although I'd like him to play atleast 1 JLT game just to be sure he's right to go

Ricochet

Haven't been that strong on Billings anyway, so happy to wait and upgrade to him later if need be

quinny88

The only 2 I had locked were Heeney and billings and now they are both injured lol

Aaron Francis is taking personal leave and will be out for an extended period in order to deal a matter regarding his Mental Health. Hope the kid sorts it out and comes back strong.
