You would think that means Cox or Reid has to be out. Cant play all 3 forward. Or maybe Reid switches back.

Scott: Paul Ahern will be in our squad this week. He was good in the VFL, and we'll look at his role in the AFL. He's been in the mix for a couple of weeks now.

Will be watching Heron for GC closely this week. If he's named and scores 60-70+, a Mirra/Finlayson/Murphy etc. --> Heron trade would be a good cash-in, as well as providing a little coverage for the byes as well.

Heron's NEAFL numbers were quite poor, so I am not holding my breath on him being a bye saviour.

Although he did perform above my expectations on debut scoring 54.

What about Bailey Rice? Are we better off to double down and bring him in or is there someone else we can rely on next week?

Depending on what he scores this week could b a better option than rice.

Only other option wiuld b ridley from essendon JS should b better thanks to a couple of injuries at essendon this week
