English reminding us why we don't go early on rookies

Completely ruled him out now

Over to you Fog
0 at 1/2 time haha

He is playing against the champ Scotty Lycett so don’t be too hard on him :)

Turns out I am getting a donut for Kreuz

RaisyDaisy

Naughton will be lucky to hit his BE so he'll be the likely rookie I punt if I do actually trade any out

If you started Ryan or Watermen they'll be handy cover but I'm not sure they're worth actually trading in, so I'll probably pass on them

Feel like I'm not missing any must have rookie (pending Fogarty tomorrow) so I think I'll probably end up doing a premo correction instead this week

I've got Bonner, Finlayson, Doedee, Murray, Murphy and Naughton down back

Holman, Kelly, Brayshaw, Banfield and Barry in the mids

Fritsch, Keeffe and Venables up front

Don't see any reason to trade in Ryan, Waterman, Langdon, Gowers or Garlett

Fair assessment?

Yeah I'm basically the same, except have Garlett and Langdon instead of Murphy and Keeffe

Only rookie I'll be looking at will be LFog if he goes well tomorrow

Could be worth a thought trading Keeffe > Ryan, looks like he could make a big of cash if he tons up today.

Assuming your loophole rookie is on the ruck bench?

RaisyDaisy

Yeah Fog the only one left on my list of possibilities

Actually, because I have both Sicily and Keeffe in the forward currently I might actually consider Naughton to Ryan or Watermen as it will open up DPP again and generate cash

Ryan 116. Worth bringing in for cash? Not really disappointed with my fwd rookies

Rayner has stunk twice so I'll be getting Ryan from him. Won't go anywhere in that side and will make some coin now. If there's a rookie you think you can dump for him then I'd go ahead and do it.

I think I'll hang onto Brayshaw, only takes one game of 80/90 to get some cash generating. Plus he's still one of the best rookies in terms of JS.

I can pop him on the bench for Finlayson anyway which is what I'll be doing.

Yeah I'm holding too, I watched him last night and loved what I saw. Will pump a big score soon
Not too keen putting a 200k rookie on the bench tbh. Kelly and Holman scoring better at half the price and only 2 spots on field for him.
If Fogarty gets another decent score tomorrow and keeps his spot it's gonna be hard to resist that trade.

Brayshaw to Ryan (open up DPP with Garlett) worth a correction? Frees up some cash also.

Yep, with the 115  score rolling through Ryan’s average for two games he should make some decent $, plus the $80K you get from trading out Brayshaw.

Todd Marshall anyone?

Pricey. Though should score well and make cash with Ryder out.

What’s the go with English? Worth bringing in or keeping Cameron as the loophole?

This is the name I was thinking. He was impressive round 1 and it looks like he backed up again today. Sydney aren't exactly an easy opponent either.
