Fogarty from Geeelong was fantastic to put it bluntly. Would be a great cheap mid option, still not sure of his JS though. Will be very tempting should he post another 80+ this week.

agree,  but who goes out for him.   Guthrie, Scott Selwood.  Dangerfield back this week.   He needs to last past round 5 for worthwhile cash.    Not sure he will do it.  Might be worthwhile if you have English and need a loophole option.

Yes don't think I will jump on him this week, they say Danger is playing this week so if he holds his spot that would be a plus but it's only one game the wheels could fall off this week so I will wait.

Won't get dropped on the back of that performance, no way. Happy to pick him even for loophole purposes, will be looking at Olango to English so win/win.

Maybe Murdoch, but they like his pace and long kicking. Gregson, but we need his pressure and harassment at ground level which we really lacked last year. I’m not sure who would go out of that side for Danger, whoever it is would be awfully unlucky!

Menzel, seems to be the bloke lacking forward pressure.   Problem is his marking and goal scoring are important.

Umm Guthrie played and Selwood is a few away. My guess is Taylor for Danger with Blicavs playing back. Next Cat out has to be spud Murdoch. I'd say Fog is safe and he might be a correctional for Brayshaw (who was great in the first and then struggled) just before R3

Agree

How far away is Hendo though?

Either way, Fog ain't getting dropped this week

Mat0369

Hendo I think is at least a month. He was 5-6 during the JLT. You can't bring him straight back in anyway unless they're desperate. He'll need a run in the VFL first to get some match fitness.

fasttrack13

Mihocek fair chance to get a gig this week... Probably would only be for a week though while Cox is out. I'd say Moore probably plays forward this week.

Is it just me, or do all these rookies that started well this season all have something in common? They are all mature aged is the answer that I wish to put forward.

Yep although Fogarty (Geel) with 82 would be the exception.

Just realised that of the 15 rookies in my side, Brayshaw and Naughton are the only actual 18 year old first year players. Both could be gone from my side next week too lol

Correct and I'm in the same boat. The 2017 draft youngsters have'nt gotten off to a very good start at all.
