I've got Olango so if I got English it would need to be for him, and I just don't think that's worth the trade for now - I'll back Goldy/Gawn in and if they get injured burn the trade that way instead of Olongo/English

Me as well and in hindsight when English was named I probably should have got him FWD and started a cheap FWD/R in the rucks  ::)

may consider English for a f8 spot.   Traded out English at last minute for Olango to get enough cash to upgrade Bundy to Dev Smith.

Ended up starting Waterman out of the 3 Eagles debutants, was a coinflip away from selecting Venables. Guess i'll find out if I made the right call

I made the call 10 seconds before the bounce and went with Venables

My logic was that he was Pick 13, we've resigned him so I'll go with that - reckon Ryan will be a low scorer and Waterman might go when JJK returns

Time will tell I guess

Looked great in the opening quarter against Port too. Once they put their foot down in Qtr2 onwards, he struggled along with the rest of the team.

Giving him another crack this week against Bombers.

Will be interesting to see how we cope at the new ground out West. I was surprised at how well the Eagles played there for 3 & 1/2 Quarters, so I'd back Freo (+Fyfe & Brayshaw) to score reasonably well for their potential in a closely fought match.
