Fog locked

Just need to see how he runs out the game but he looks ready-made. Ran a 12 beep so tank isn't one of his stronger points.

Any chance Doedee, Murphy and Fogarty all play round 1?
Doedee 99% locked

I get the feeling only one of CEY, Murphy and Fogarty could play. Which one though?

Been a great day for SuperCoach.

Murray plays round 1
Fogarty plays round 1.

I didn’t really think Barry would play anyways to be honest so that’s no drama

Yeah Murphy dreaming

Only 50% TOG, might struggle to get up I think.

Alright, so with the JLT nearing it's conclusion what rookies are still in the frame for Round 1?

DEF
Coffield, Naughton, Doedee, Murray, Finlayson, Keeffe, Payne, Stoddart

MID
Fogarty, Banfield, Kelly, Barry, Holman

FWD
Stephenson, Fritsch, Ryan, Rioli, Venables, Waterman, Langdon

I wouldn't be starting the likes of Dow, LDU, Brodie etc but that's just a personal choice as I avoid the super high priced ones

Looking very thin in the mids and fwds it seems

Anyone else?

EDIT: I guess there's a few others like Constable and Ainsworth too

Adamant

LachieFog and Gryan Miers are a chance for the small forward role at the Cats.

Tom Cole will be there in round one. A tad pricey at 170k though.

I've always grappled with this. In years gone by, there have been the occasional high-priced young guns that have gone on to be keepers (or close to it).

I know it's pretty rare for a rookie to average 80 or 90.... but I've always just tried to predict which rookies will score best irrespective of starting price.... with the logic being - I don't want to miss out on the points generated while all cash cows are fattening up (so to speak).

These are the thoughts that keep me up at night haha!

Hypothetically, if Dow, LDU, Brodie, Rayner, Stephenson, Brayshaw etc. end up scoring well consistently while ALSO increasing their price.... is it not better to have their points on the board each week versus a cheap cash cow that averages 50 but allows you to spend more elsewhere?

Not sure where he stands at Freo but Crowden has looked impressive in JLT.

Zac Langdon from GWS also putting his hand up for Rd 1,

SilverLion

Gryan Miers could be sneaky chance at playing round 1. 83% TOG so far in JLT2. Could be in front of Gregson/McCarthy/Parfitt.

Crowden hasn't played a JLT game?
