Henry or Crowden this week??

Crowden BE -31 & looks to make $27,500
Henry BE -46 & looks to make $35,500

and with this, I am leaning towards Henry.

He was concussed first game but scored 27 of 35% TOG which is pretty handy. Playing defence and with the current state of their backline, could be there for some time.

What's the timetable like for Lachie Henderson? I suppose he and the already mentioned Taylor are the ones to dislodge Henry.

on last weeks injury list he was 1-2 weeks

Hazza09

Ok..... so next week Brayshaw - Higgins is on the cards

This week however I'm not sure who to bring in.
I have Venaspud currently as F6 and i can't go in with that.

Ryan to Crowden/Henry/Ratugolea

I don't know much about either of these guys.
Is there job security any good?

Crowden has the mid/fwd link i see but I'm reluctant on bringing in any of these 3 for some reason.

I need to decide if this weeks bubble boys are better than next weeks. Spoilt for choice. Too many on the bubble both weeks.

And too early in the year. Was hoping for guys like Higgins and Coffield to be held back a bit longer

could be followed by a drought, who knows. We may not be able to pass them up.

If I didn't have 2 injured rooks, I probably would sit on my hands.

From venagoat to venaspud in only a matter of weeks hahaha

Watched the WCE/Cats game on Sunday - Henry impressed 11 kicks 5 h/balls   6 marks and a tackle - was very poised
And agree that his JS looks good - any thoughts from any Geelong followers

Hearing a rumor that Billy Frampton might be close to getting a game for Port. 123,900 FWD/RUC.

Any Port fans got some insight?

Ricochet

Torn on Henry and Crowden. Reckon Crowden has the better JS, but Henry the greater scoring potential. Don't want another Venaspud not making much money

Starting to consider Henry myself, but the reason I was so set on getting Crowden was because I can move Garlett to my mid bench and have Crowden as a fwd rookie, and I think I need the JS from forward rookies even more so than mid rookies. Also think that Crowden has better scoring potential than Garlett too. I think the question mark over what happens to Henry when Hendo returns might be the sealer.

Edit: The other thing making me a little wary of both Henry and Ratugolea is that the Cats love flowering around with their team with late outs and even the fact they've cycled through Zmith, Stanley and Sav already. It's amazing ol' Wylie Buzza hasn't got a look in yet.

I guess the counter point to that though is they've already debuted some kids already, but was it out of necessity or not?

I don't really have any insight but in my personal opinion as a Port supporter I don't think they will give Billy a gig. Kane Cornes wrote an article suggesting he has to come in but in Kens presser he sort of hinted that they will continue with the status quo but need to get better at it.

With Ryan going out, does Rioli get a boost do we think?

Wondering if he's worth a look over the other available rookie downgrade options considering his JS should get a little stronger..

Ringo

Josh Battle rumoured to be starting for Saints so another fwd downgrade option in 2 weeks maybe.

Can't help but suspect it would only be for the 1-2 weeks that Membrey is scheduled to miss with his knee injury. After his amazing score of 8 SC in his debut last year, I'd need to see something pretty impressive from Battle to consider him, or else he'll probably be straight back out of the Senior Team anyway.

Do I need one of Henry/Crowden?
I traded Ryan to Richards already, as I wanted to bring Sicily FWD again.
If Henry/Crowden is a must, only person I'd consider trading is Brayshaw.

In the same boat. Ryan to Richards is happening. Used three trades already before this week. I’ll keep ZGL. Keep Brayshaw? Would have to be for Crowden if I trade him. Gives me a link with Garlett. Not sure if I’ll pull the trigger?
