Tonight a good reason why giving yourself a second chance could come back to haunt you. Seen a couple of teams that went elsewhere with the C after having the VC on Maxwell.
Idiots! Why would you do that!!

I was one of them. At least it was Bravo and not Short who I captained.

Pietersen -> Nevill
Doggo -> Cooper
Faulkner -> Archer

Means I have:
Bats: Cooper, Harris, Ludeman, Short, Bancroft (Maddinson, McCullum)
Keep: Nevill [c] (Carey)
Bowl: Bravo [vc], Archer, Khan, Maxwell, Watson (Christian, Lyon)

Before trades I was pretty happy with how my onfield 11 was looking, which is why I went for the Nevill trade, allowing me to start Carey and Ludeman. Fielding Ludes over McCullum who'd been pretty subpar this tournament. Then 2nd trade I wanted to push Christian to the bench, so grabbing Cooper subbing Maxwell down does that. Then finally I turned my worst onfield player (Faulkner) to the highest averaging player that I didn't own, who also happens to be playing bottom of the table this round (Archer).

Who would you guys pick between Agar and Khawaja this week?Renegades bowling attack hasn't exactly been dominating which is good for Khawaja, however Agar has the ability to score from all 3 aspects - batting, bowling and fielding?

I would lean towards Agar, has the higher floor, almost guaranteed to give you at least 30. Ussie is one poor shot away from giving you a zero and his ceiling isn't any higher than Agar's.

But I am a die hard Scorchers fan so there's that to consider as well  ;D

Faulkner > Cooper
Lyon > Pollard

Bravo (C), Cooper, Maxwell, McCullum, Henriques, (Bancroft, Doolan)
Carey (Peirson)
Pollard, Short, Archer, Khan, Agar (Cartwright, Doggett)

Not sure what to do with my last trade.
1. Take a punt with Wildermuth/Tremain/Harris
2. Use it to loophole Bancroft
3. Field Bancroft and trade McCullum to Khawaja

Leaning towards option 2, sick of getting burnt by spud DG players and Khawaja is not that big an improvement over Baz.

Not Khawaja as he's injured and not playing tonight.

Good spot, Shane Watson :)

Seems like Marcus Harris has been dropped, so I guess I play McCullum anyway.

I've completely botched this. Harris wasn't in the 13, then Hodge pulled out of the 13, Harris came in. And is straight back into the XI. He better play badly and be dropped for next game as I ended up benching for McCullum >:( (Or Baz can just go out and score 100 off 50 balls I'll take that too)

He got dropped early and is now going well of course

Well my flower up is I reversed my trades and then forgot to redo my captain, somehow Cooper got the VC so maybe I can get lucky haha

Jofra, D'Arcy, Glenn, Dan, Cam or Brendon, if one of you feel the need to not play this round, take the game off please.

Missed a lot of the first innings, and only just realised Khawaja isn't even playing. Was it known he wouldn't play before I asked this question? :-[

In other news, I realised 3 minutes after the game started I forgot to make my trades ??? Only player I was going to bring in from this game was Cooper so no damage done......yet.

Richardson - Been going the journey and not taking wickets, also just bowled 18 balls without a single dot!
Good enough form for the Australian T20 team :P

Yeah that really surprised me, reckon they wrote done the wrong Richardson haha

This is why I'm not an Australian selector  ;D ;D ;D

4 wickets and 16 dot balls ffs

Gigantor

So I screwed up my C this week,

VC is on Cooper so should I stick with him and hope he doesn't fall over again  ;D or take the punt on Agar/Short/Archer

Thoughts?
