Finch to Silk, Laughlin to Botha. Will figure out my 3rd later. Overall ranking is poor so hoping for a miracle with Silk captain

Was thinking about how unreliable the batsmen have been this year other than Watto so I had a look at this years results compared to last year

BBL 7
24 Innings, 146.3 runs per inn, 7.5 wickets per inn

BBL 6
(First 24 Innings)
24 Innings, 162.5 runs per inn, 6.7 wickets per inn

(Whole Season)
70 Innings, 159.5 runs per inn, 6.43 wickets per inn

So the stats definitely show that results are more bowler dominated, less runs, more wickets
Makes me wary of picking pure batsmen, look at how Finch and McCullum are going, one good innings between them from 7 attempts!

At 3am as I was trying to fall asleep my brain wandered into telling me Roy, Botha and Abbott were the three players to buy for this round. So I just needed to find 3 players to transfer out. I let them be Laughlin, Ingram and Cutting. Watto will be my VC, Botha my C.

I also have no bench whatsoever (Head, Philippe, Peirson, Khan, Doggett) so everyone better play :P

Nearly VC'd Short but due to his hit or miss nature I decided it was a better idea to emergency loophole him and chuck the VC on Jofra instead. flower me.

Atleast you have him! I was so close to trading him in...

That was an amazing win!

To have the batsmen step up after the bowlers were a bit off was great to see, just shows we aren't a one dimensional team

Got the email to claim my winnings in WBBL Daily.

A massive $4.25 from sharing top score of Day 8.

At least now I can say I've won a prize from a fantasy comp.  8)

So whats everyones scores looking like? Currently inside the top 800 and just wondering what par is looking like? Im thinking 750-800?

Im on 508 with Roy, Maddo, Botha, Dwarshuis (Captian) and Finch?

Havent had massive scores but all around the 55-75 mark except Faulkner and Peirsen (Spuds) which is respectable.

111th here and I'm not expecting to move up much if at all if thats any indication. 509 with Roy, Maddo, Sams, Botha (C), Silk & Bravo to come. Another Finch failure would be fantastic, but on the VERY short square boundaries in Geelong I can see him going absolutely berserk.

Oh and picking Roy this week over Billings & Dwarshuis has proven to be a master-stroke!  ::)
