I wanted another good mid, LF wanted to bring in a lot of youth. N2 gives her the first 3 picks in the draft atm so should get some guns there. Allison has been awesome since breaking into the Lions 22, averaging 110 as a m/f and someone i was trying to keep throughout the entire negotiations. Cox also handy and may keep f/d. LF to confirm.

Bit sad to see Hanners go as he was one of the original players when I took over the team but I feel I have a nice core of youth coming through and Macrae,Coniglio and Sheed are more than ample captain choices moving forward
I like the look of Allison so far and Cox is handy depth after delistings and retirements

James Cousins is going to be a very important part of Hawthorn's future and hopefully a gun. His VFL numbers are very good for a 19 year old and I expect him to have a great year next year and beyond.
