Everyone neg the GAJ trade immediately. Neale leaving for GC means (C)onnor will become a top 10 player for the next decade.

i reckon Blakely will be a top 10 player at Freo regardless. The kid is ok.

Note, just decided on the finish date of this trade period:

QuoteFinish date: 11:59:59 PM AEDST, November 17

Which is a Friday night. This is 1 week before the AFL national draft, which will hopefully give us time to confirm the trades, and also confirm re-negotiated trades if applicable.

The AFL final list lodgement is November 29, 2pm... but normally some random players keep filtering through for a few days after.

The EARLIEST that the WXV International draft will take place, is 9 am, AEDST, November 30. However, this will not start until all teams have submitted their list lodgement, and I have processed them all.

So yeah, that's our general schedule for the next 6 or so weeks  :)

All votes in!

This is the last pending trade:

Trade 77
Mexico City trade: Tom Rockliff + Luke Breust
Mexico City receive: Christian Petracca, Tim O'Brien, Jordan Murdoch, Pick 14 + Pick 68

Beijing trade: Josh Jenkins, Christian Petracca + Tim O'Brien
Beijing receive: Tom Rockliff + Luke Breust

Pacific trade: Jordan Murdoch, Pick 14 + Pick 68
Pacific receive: Josh Jenkins

... which received 4 votes. Some coaches felt Pacific were overpaying for Jenkins, Beijing were winning by too much, and that compared to the last failed Rocky trade, Mexico City were giving up more and receiving less.

The trade has passed, but I can overturn it if I want to. Unfortunately, a lot of the inbalance in this trade according to the negs is Petracca's value compared to Rocky... it's unfortunate, because, I am who I am. Petracca's potential is obvious, and has shown every sign that he will achieve it. Whether that is a 90 avg forward, or if he develops a tank and goes 100+ in the mid, time will tell. But I certainly don't think the trade is so unbalanced that it warrants me changing the decision. In regards to Pacific, the numbers suggest they could be overpaying, but there is a noteable difference in scoring and job security between Jenkins & Murdoch. Whether that difference is worth a first rounder, that's arguable, but again, I don't think it's enough to overturn the decision.

The trade passes.

Toga

Not that it matters now, but just a little input - I gave up essentially two top 10 picks (N9 + Scrimshaw) for Taylor Walker (86 avg). So think Jenkins (84 avg without injury game and only one year older) for N14 is reasonable based on that.

Anyways, new era at Beijing welcoming ROCKY! Might have to change my DP :P

Jroo

I'll take your DP Toga  :P

Just out of curiosity to the coaches, who would you prefer Petracca or Weitering, Greenwood and Mason Wood?
