Cripps coming off a 3 game, 39 average debut season. If someone had have predicted that he's about to explode and traded pick 1 for him it would surely have failed.

He averaged 93 the next year.

Admin comments: Right. There is a couple of things I'm considering here A) I'm involved and B) there are 14 unbiased coaches, rather than 16. I therefore think that the 'neg' level of 6-7 should be brought down to 5-6, meaning that this trade has failed, but I have the power to overturn it. Given I am a part of this trade, and that I don't disagree with those coaches enough, I don't think its appropriate for me to turn it over, as frustrating as this might be.
