Lochie Filipovic: Lochie did some running on the AlterG [Anti-Gravity] Treadmill [last Friday morning] at about 90 per cent. He’s another week or so from running outside, but things are tracking well with his hip. He’s looking to have a big pre-season.

Mitch King is soooo much better off as the number 1 Casey ruck now  8) was doing pretty well too towards the end of the year

On a separate note, I don't want to kick up a fuss, but I was talking to Levi about Ebert, and hadn't heard back since my last PM to him a few days ago, and now he has traded him to Toronto  ::)

We obviously wouldn't have matched N4, but again, is it that hard to just let people know that you have been in discussions with before just going ahead elsewhere?

It's very difficult. Took me forever to get the Lester trade done since I had to get back to about 15 teams then wait to see if they're going to withdraw or counter. That's if they even replied. Even if they replied it didn't mean anything until they checked with their co-coach. And so on.

I've done 9 trades and the only change to my best XV (apart from losing Mitchell and Montagna) is Gibbs out, Scully in. Lost 10-15 points by trading my highest scorer and captain option. Torp was right, I'm a spud.

Yes, but you still contacted those involved. Whether they replied or not is irrelevant because you gave them notice, which is all I was asking for, and I thought was expected/standard practice around here
