Russia was Solid last time we saw them posting a very decent 143 away from Home. As always Nost and Rids will be expecting big things from their midfield, but must be sweating on the fitness of one Gary Ablett. Luckily albeit amidst bribing rumors Toby Greene is available to play this week. The Wolves on the other hand where very unlucky losers in the first round with a 146 not enough to advance straight to the prelims. They put up an even bigger 156 the week later and are in red hot form for this encounter. The Wolves have almost as imposing a middle and the Kreuz v Martin match up will be entertaining.

My Tip: Russia wins by HGA in a high scoring affair

English Lions v  Belgian Bashers in England


The Lions where lucky to advance straight to the prelims with a 1 point HGA assisted first week. IF Lions lose this will be Bob Murphys last Euro game so would be great to see the champ go out with a flag. Captain Beams is will and truly back in form and he will need to be versus the might of the Bashers. Bashers week 1 where just embarrassing a 134 at home so calls of chockers, Serbia 2.0 but they backed it up with a 156 at home in a convincing win. The team has firepower everywhere especially in the middle, like with Murphy if Bashers lose it will be the last game for Priddis so either way a champ is getting carried off the field for the last time this week.

My Tip: Bashers too much fire power, or will they choke and do a Serbia? Nah they have this in the bag.
