Elliot is challenging the suspension in court meaning he could line up week 1 while it is resolved. Basically if he cops the suspension it could be next year now.

If he had the 1st pick in the draft it means he has the last pick in the 2nd.

So I had to go and re-adjust the draft time since I just realised I had it set to 8.30 pm USA time. Turns out ESPN doesn't have any active lobbies between 1.45 am US EST and 7am US EST. So our draft is at 9pm by default. It's still Monday night, just been pushed an hour. We're still one short as well.

I might have to replace another owner since one of the guys isn't going to have  internet for the draft. He is asking me to change it to tomorrow night and I've given him an emphatic no.
