Round 19 trades

Need help, just realised my AF league has finlas this week.  Will be swapping 2 players who I don't think will do well this week for 2 players who I think will do well as well as a bit of POD to my opponent.  Projected scores has me winning already, although he finished top of our table and has the best overall score in our league, he's still fielding Newman, Greenwood and has zorko to deal with.  I have Rocky, he doesn't and think Rocky  should be fine this week against Eagles.  First thoughts have me moving Neale -> Dusty or Kelly and 2nd trade Kieran Jack -> Boak or Gray.  Posted my team below, let me know what you guys think...

They look like good trades. Id go with Dusty over Kelly personally. Dusty has a good run home and will be cutting sick going for the brownlow.

Only other option Id consider is trading Heppell and Jack but that will depend on how much you have in the bank. You could go Heppell to Beams and Jack to Robbie Gray. He should pick up more mid time while Wingard is out.

Thinking Neale to Dusty now and Jack to Gray is reasonable.  If I have enough cash I may bring in Sidey instead of Gray, it's all or nothing this week!

I dunno man, Neale has been good over last month hasnt he? 95 his lowwest score with an 117 and a couple of 105s? Would trading Heppell be better? Even Reiwoldt could be a liability there too.

For me, i need to upgrade Thomas in my forward line- Who is my best bet? Yeo, Boak, Gray or someone else? Have Macrae, Dahl, Heeney Menagola and Sidebottom is my next weeks target.

For you- Neales been pretty safe. Besides one game this year he hasnt gone below 88. That was a while ago too. Last 7 or 8 his lowest is 95. I reckon you keep him and heppell. Can you go reiwoldt and jack to sidey and gray?


Yeah- I like the look of Ports run. No wingard in middle- Surely gray goes in there? Im in my 2nd week of finals now in cash league. Lose and im gawnnn. But i think no Wingard over the next 3 weeks will help gray big time and only 450k...

Yeo hasnt tonned up for ages... Think Simmo has been playing him mid too much and not enough floating at half back.. which hurt his scores

Yeah I'm the same, if I lose I'm O-U-T in my cash league!  Can go Roo and Jack to Sidey, Pies playing Crows though, not overly keen on that matchup to be honest. :/

Tough call cos I think Dusty will go huge this week and then he has Hawks if I win this week which he will go big again...

Gray might see a bit more mid field time with Wingard out

He pretty much toned up from 3 qtrs on the weekend when he went in the middle after sitting in the forward line doing flower all at the start

Just depends. If you reckon dusty will go 150 then for sure he needs to come in. But if Roo gets another 50 odd... could hurt you. Sidey may not get the tag against adelaide though... Think eagles may have been first to tag him? So youd think he would be good for 100 again.

Richardson said the other nite that roo will be rested this week so Ul have to sack him if it's the case, I like dusty over Kelly and wouldn't be suprised If rocky runs with gaff, pies did and it worked well and rocky did a good job on Gibbs

That's the worry, but I assume if Robertson is back this week to tag and with Zorko suspended, then they need Rocky in the middle.

Personally I'd be looking to get Tadams into that 22. Even if he has him or not. 12th averaging DTer at $571K.

I'd love Adams, but don't feel the backline is where my biggest weakness is if that makes sense...will have to crunch some numbers based on averages.  Newnes or Tuohy would have to go, but feel like its a wasted trade that doesn't necessarily maximise my points.
