so ryan down and greenwood to zerrett

means my team would be....

doc, adams, laird, Lloyd, shaw, withers, newman, freo kid
danger, titch, zerrett, trel, bont, beams, shuey, Sloane, heppel, brown, cousins
grund, stef, freo cheap ruck
macr, yeo, heens, dahl, budd, steele, nanks, eddy

4 trades isn't a lot...but decent cover on bench...

I'd rather have Merrett on field compared to Sloane so that's a win.

However I 'd almost rather Greenwood over Sloane as well  :-X

If safely in Top 4 in Leagues I would hold and then trade strategically in finals. However if you need to win to get into the 8 I would trade. No use having trades if you do not make 1st division finals.

I have 5 trades left myself.  I'll use one to make some cash so I'll be going into finals with 4 trades and 180k.  I'm just not sure whether to hold Pendles for another week or trade him out and go into finals with 3 trades.  Thoughts?

Yeah, thinking as well.  Pendles to Dusty which will leave me with 3 trades, $148k and this team.

Docherty, Adams, Laird, Lloyd, Newman, Harbrow - Ryan, Scharenberg
Mitchell, Dangerfield, Merrett, Martin, Murphy, Treloar, Rockliff, Fyfe - Witherden, Powell-Pepper, Bolton
Grundy, Martin - English
Macrae, Yeo, Dalhaus, Hoskin-Elliot, Heeney, Caddy - Greenwood, Young

I think 3 trades and $148k should hopefully be enough, especially with a strong bench. Just hang-on to one of those trades, incase of a ruck resting or at worst case scenario, a injury.
Great looking team mate
