Last season i had Higgins, Wells, Daisy Thomas and Rockliff in my NEVER AGAIN LIST, they have burnt me to many times.

This season I’ve included to that list:

Sloane
Pendlebury
Shaw
Tom Lynch

I don’t care if Sloane scores consecetuive double tons, i will never have him in any Supercoach team of mine again. He has single handedly cost me 5 league games as a POD.

Any others to be included?

Feel like Pendles and Shaw get honorary omissions from this list.

Pendles and Shaw?

Yeah they've lost money, but at their prices next year they would be super value, especially with their durability

Without looking I think Pendles is 13th mid on points and Shaw is about 16th. not great, but good enough if others in your team are going ok.

SilverLion

Well, didn't pick him due to the Rd1 injury last year flowering my year and will continue to avoid him...

Rockliff

Docherty

Dusty

Titch

Never again starting without them - ever

North Melbournes Finest

Rockliff and as much as I love him Stefan Martin is approaching never again territory. Screwed me last year with Archie Smith gate, and then this year he's had so many halves where he gets like 20, sometimes he redeems himself but other times he scrapes through a 60. Can't deal with it anymore.

Pendles
Hanners
Harbrow
Goldstein
Caddy
Rockliff
O'Meara
Shaw

just to name a few.

Rockliff - kicking myself for getting him, I've been saying for years that people are picking him based on one good season in 2014 which he hasn't gone close to replicating, and then I pick him up.

Sloane

Any KPF :P

Not sure why Pendles is on people's lists?! Can't do much about a broken finger...

Would still take O'Meara and Bennell at rookie prices :P

Just wondering at this also - I have had Buddy all season and will be happy with him again next season. fair enough they can have downers but also pull out big ones.

The only two I've had this year who I'd put on a list of never again are Rough and JOM.
Players I reckon this would apply to based on the year to date are...
Hawthorn players of past years... Roughead, Gunston, Birchall, Gibson, Lewis (now at Melb)... they're all past SC premo point... the only one I may consider is Burgoyne but need to see who 2018 serves up.
Agree with those who have already said Key Position Fwds... excluding Buddy who I have had all year and will consider again.
Sloane - didn't have him this year and won't next year. Massive scorer at his best but massively prone to let downs. Tagging worries make him a no go zone.
Rocky - didn't have him this year but he has hurt me badly in the past... he is too good to never say never though... he is a risk both ways... owned or not....but I will probably start him next year.
JOM - don't care how cheap he is I won't have him again, not until he has had a sustained period of premo scores.
Robbie Gray - didn't have him this year and thankful for it. As a pure mid he isn't worth it... but as a fwd...just about a lock.
Matty Boyd - two seasons ago we all had him or wanted him, now he is a ghost of his former self.
Matt Priddis - surprised at how much his SC scores have dropped off this year...a once fave POD of mine... never again.

Semi-serious. My concern every year is firstly cash league, then overall, so the roller coaster of KPFs is a pain in the ass. If you have two players who are both going to average 95, but one does it with a standard deviation of 5 and the other with an SD of 20, I'd rather have the more consistent one. Because with KPFs it generally means a few bad games and one great game. Someone who goes 90,85,90,95 averages 90, so does someone who goes 70,150,70,70. But the second guy is probably putting 3 league games in jeopardy, first guy not so much.

With regards KPP forwards

I would have to recheck, but I think a significant number  of the top 10 are KPP's.

Both in terms of total points ( reflecting durability ) / and by averages.
