FPL and EPL 2017/18 thread

If I made those transfers I discussed above I'd be on 9 with 3 + C to play. As it is I'm on 21 at least but it's still horrendous. Will definitely be using 3 transfers this week.

Ended on a solid 61 thanks to Kane C. Starting to think otherwise with the transfers and just turn Hoedt to Dunk to pocket 0.6, then take 2 FT into next week.

It's a one weeker, think of it if it was Dusty or Danger after Round 5 having a week off. No one would consider trading out!!

And if you have no bench, then spend the hit on fixing up your bench imo

Being a Man United fan with Kane out for Tottenham I probably had my largest ever bet on a soccer game backing Man United to win. Wasn't pretty but we got the job done.

West Ham have a terrible away record this year. Have got a small bet on Crystal Palace to get their 2nd win of the season.

Aguero not starting after playing 120 minutes mid week and Jesus starting after being subbed at 83 was the most obvious thing ever. Did you get all 3 of Aguero's rises this week?


I have 41 with Elliot, Ward, Dunk, Brady, Vardy to go. I'd be happy with just one of the remaining players to get a return to pass 50-55 points. It'll be a big green arrow regardless and I should get into the top 1mil now.

Tbh, I'm only really interested in my h2h league, couldn't give a toss about overall. I'll win my h2h game, so all's good!

Sorted out my team with a -12 this week and as long as Vardy blanks then I made points so all good. Team looking much healthier now, that's for certain. :)

Oh come on. I hold onto Hoedt for 3 GWS in a row where he doesn’t play and this week when I finally transfer him out he starts again ::) The guy is so good so I’m totally expecting BPS if they clean as well.

Yay, EPL returns tonight!! No more international breaks until March now :)



Here's how I am going into this week. Only transfer was Foster to De Gea. Next week I'll almost certainly move on Naughton, the thought right now is Vertonghan but I'll be considering guys like Scott Dann, Jonjoe Kenny, Ben Chilwell, Alberto Moreno as cheaper options, so it'll leave me with the cash to move Vardy to Morata.
