Bench a Ruckman

So with Greenwood on 101 at 3qtr time, it'll take a massive effort from him to not score above 90. Unfortunately the only way I can take his score is to swing Strnadica fwd, and Ryder to the rucks.

So that poses the question, which of the 3 rucks listed in the poll do I bench?

Goldy: 105.7 last 3, 111.8 last 5. Daw back in the side, but against the Dogs...
Grundy: 111.3, 101.6. Sole ruck again now, been great since Cox was dropped.
Ryder: 93.7, 93.0. Best playing tap ruckman in the comp, CD shafts him (Not biased at all :P)

And Grundy is playing Ryder which makes it even more interesting...

Too hard to pick, so it's just going to come down to luck

Look at their last 3 scores vs opponent and bench the worst performer

Grundy or Ryder. Wouldn't bench Goldy

Whoever you bench will score 150 so does it make much difference either way?  :'(

Going on this logic I vote bench Grundy as he is the one I have  ;)

For me Its between Nank and Witts

Might flip a coin or go nank

Maric named in the squad is a bit concerning

Marstar

Benching Nank ... going with my Gut.

Same thinking here. Plus I have Kruezer and he's dominating at the moment

Personally I'm benching Nank, he hasn't been all that flash the last month or so anyway.

From the poll, I'd go Ryder.. But it really is coin flip. Daw back could also affect Goldstein.

I've already benched Nank. He's a chance to miss with Maric named in the team. He's unlikely to top that score even if he plays.

As for the topic at hand this is a really difficult choice to make. Paddy has been pretty average excluding last week so I'd say he's the one likely to pull a 80-100.

We've had this discussed elsewhere on the forum. Just because a player is named on the field does not exclude them from being dropped. Even if he couldn't be. There's nothing stopping him being a late out with Maric named EMG.

Ah yep fair point, my bad

I would bench Ryder, unfortunately Ryder and Grundy play each other and play early so you don't get a second shot at the loophole. But Grundy and Goldy out performing Ryder atm.

LordSneeze

Ive got the same dilemma.
Wasn't expecting Greenwood to go that big, but gotta take it.

I have to bench 1 of Martin, Ryder, Nank & Witts

Leaning towards benching Nank vs Kruz over Witts vs Longer, benching Ryder just doesn't provide the security for the rest of the team that either Witts or Nank would.
With the ? over Nank I think ill move him to the Rucks
Witts playing the last game of the week gies me cover incase Nank is out.
Freo playing on Sunday also helps, if any of my other forwards are out I can then move Nank back to the Fwd line to cover that.

PowerBug

Changed my trade plans. Got a non-playing mid/fwd instead of Mountford, so now I will field Ryder up fwd and still have Greenwood's score :)

For those that have Nank and could bench him, I would. The guy's scoring is slipping almost as fast as Richmond's season.
