Captain Hoophole - Ryan Burton vs Hugh Greenwood

Thinking of exploiting captain hoophole.  I only have 2 players for tonight, who should I make vice captain, and what should be my target points:

Burton probably has a higher fantasy roof so him, but neither are good loophole options at all i probably wouldnt waste my time :P (will go huge now ive said that) Surly you have titch???

Probably hoping for a "Dion Prestia" clone, his ave was 71, before he scored 137 in round 11.  So who knows, the opportunity is there, why not take it?!?
