I planned pretty well for the byes and traded hard to have 20 players round 11, 21 players this week and 21 again next week and I've still lost both games against people with 18 and 19 players  ::)  This week I'm just trading Myers to Bont

Exactly,   in the past I have always been aware and then just traded with what was available to get min 18 on field.    This year balanced and prepped and gone to crap anyway.    Be first year I have not jumped minimum of half gap to leader in overall during byes.   Time to go back to hit and miss for a while just for peace of mind.

I kept one eye on the byes as I have tried hard to plan for them in the past with mixed results. As R11 got closer I paid more attention to the players I traded in and out so far results have been satisfactory.

As an owner of both its definitely an upgrade. Lynch hasn't kicked any bags yet still scores good

Got 20 on field either way, leaning towards GAJ and waiting for Gawn

Getting a guy not even playing? Newman is playing and will prob. It lose much.

Cash generation I guess but to offload 2 scoring guys for one makes me uncomfortable

Cash is the key. Have 17 prems on field this round after trades so not concerned about score, if current form continues GAJ will score about as much as Newman + SPP

With a few upgrades still to go I think you have to hold Fyfe.

Hard to know without seeing the full team, but holding this week may be the go for you. If you really want Doc now you could go Taranto to Brown to get the cash I guess, but would leave you only 18 this week, but probably in a stronger position for next week

Next week will be Stewart or Newman to Lloyd which leaves me 8 trades and only Scooter at M8 and Steele at F6 to deal with (if needed). Holding Fyfe for now..

With Steele out, initial plan is Gaz in.  Had penciled Steele as F7/M9 cover and trade out of Greenwood, now just doing the reverse.

If Witherden is in he's straight into my team.  Ryan comes in next week.

I actually had a dream that I needed Gaz this morning.  So it has to happen.

I also had a dream that earlier in the week Steele had 29 touches at HT for 49 SC so I'm not sure how much I should trust my dreams.
