Should I trade sand out swap nank to rucks and bring in Yeo? Or go sandi to Stef?

Both excellent options.  If you already have a premium ruck I'd be saving the second spot for Gawn and bringing in Yeo.

I've got absolutely no flowering idea what I should do now

Steele and Fyfe are guys I am thinking about trading, but with only 15k in the bank I'd need to do 3 trades

I've still got 19 playing this week, but that includes Parsons, Bolton, SPP and Stewart

Do I just hold and see if Fyfe improves and Steele comes straight back in? Or do I trade?

Leaves me with 100k to do Stewart to Llloyd next week in 1 trade and team would be complete, but my bench on all lines would just be poor rookies. 6 trades left if I do all of that

The alternative is to hold all trades this week, then next week Parsons to Ryan and Stewart to Lloyd, leaving me with 8 trades left and team complete but Steele and Fyfe in the side

I am 50/50 on trading this week as well. Have 20 on field with rookies Newmann, Berry, SPP, Bolton and Parsons. If I trade Fyfe to Beams/Zorko/Martin can loophole Bolton and Parsons. But watch team announcements stuff everything up again.

If you can wait then wait. Lloyd has a BE of 162 so might come down another ~$30K, Newman should make or come close to his BE of 86
