Macrae, Laird and Heeney go BOOM!

Bont, Wallis and Roberton a little under, but still serviceable

Nice start overall for the Alliance!

The Alliance off to a great start with the superb performance by Islander Rory Laird! In this game, scoring a 100 is only considered par and it's the amount of 130+ scorers that make the difference here, and to come from a defender especially is a phenomenal start for AAP!

Meanwhile, it would have been tempting to start the previously 121 averaging Sloane on the field, but conservative coaching has prevailed and EurAsia has dodged a potentially harmful bullet. However, how will this effect EurAsia's loopholing? They'd wanna hope none of their starting mids gets subbed out, because Sloane is standing by to disappoint.

Coaching 101
Sloane is pie so do not start him in your XV

Clearly doesnt respect the coaches. Without me at the helm the instruction is to take this as a bye. We have a premiership to worry about unlike the NDT boys

Dusty may not listen and play hard though

Tom Mitchell meets the expectations of AAP, whilst EurAsia lose another potential loophole option in PNL's Luke Hodge failing to play.

Along with Hurley's 100+ tonight, the Pacific boys are doing a great job.  Well done lads.

EurAsia are on the board, and have match AAP's magnificent start! We have the makings of a truly epic encounter here!

Has mentioned, the boys from Pacific have contributed immensely to the AAP, with all 3 of their players combining for 365! This is the sort of pace that will win the Alliance the game.

To respond, EurAsia has used two of their precious 6 midfielders to perfection in PNL's Merrett and Beijing's Neale, combing for 260 points! This is what your midfielders simply have to do and they have responded to the call.

A thrilling start by both teams where we are both even Koby Stevens.

The Salty Seconds

Cale Hooker (Buenos Aires) has taken Buenos Aires' snub to heart, making RaisyKirk regret missing out on his 140 as defender or forward. Meanwhile for EurAsia, Jobe Watson (Berlin) and Jack Gunston (Dublin) are so far the biggest lost opportunities with 122 and 121 respectively.

Shame to miss out on Hooker, but no way he could seriously come into contention so don't feel bad about missing

Kudos to Pacific. Their power hitters have delivered!

Over to you Cairo with Mummy today and Adams tomorrow and then Dependlebury tomorrow too
